Melscen Lab Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Locations
Melscen Lab currently ships only within Australia. We do not offer international shipping due to restrictions on transporting flammable liquids, such as perfume.
2. Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
3. Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Shipping Timeframes
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (where available)
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as postal delays or peak seasons.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order on the Australia Post website.
7. Delivery Issues
• If your order is delayed or lost, please contact Australia Post first with your tracking number.
• If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging for assistance.
8. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
