The Role
We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Assistant to support our growing brand. You’ll help plan and execute marketing campaigns, manage social media, and assist with events and product launches. This is an ideal role for someone who loves fragrance, design, and storytelling — and wants to grow with a dynamic Australian brand.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns (digital and in-person)
Create and schedule engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
Support photo and video shoots for products and workshops
Help manage email newsletters, promotions, and online shop updates
Coordinate with market teams and partners to promote events and pop-ups
Conduct basic market research and analyse customer trends
Maintain brand consistency across all communications
Assist with packaging, merchandising, and visual displays when required
Skills & Qualifications
Studying or qualified in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field
Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
Basic design or video-editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about branding and aesthetics
Ability to work independently and in a small collaborative team
